Blow the Whistle and Report Misconduct
If you suspect or become aware of information indicating serious malpractice, misconduct, or unacceptable behavior by THRC staff or representatives – including those working for our partners – it is important that you report it internally without fear of retaliation. Examples of misconduct that should be reported include:

Violations of national law

Criminal offenses or misconduct (such as fraud, theft, bribery, negligence, manipulation of finances, breach of trust, breach of duty, criminal damage to property, or improper conduct in tax affairs)

Behavior that may harm THRC's financial status or reputation

Violations of the THRC Code of Conduct or unethical behavior

Endangerment of THRC staff or public health and safety

Sexual assault or any form of physical or mental harm to anyone accessing or supporting THRC's projects

Concealment of any of the above
